[Noctis can't help but looked stunned by that. Was that really something that was within a Pokemon's abilities? Add in the the bringing the dead back to life and that just makes it even harder to believe.]
I'm sure any of the Legendaries would be hard to capture but Team Rocket did manage it with one of them.
