Video/Action for Goldenrod

Um...

[That sure is a lot of Spinda onscreen. They're being filmed from a small height; judging from the massive, steely legs gjngerly picking their way through the crowd of tottering pandas, Penny has decided to go on Metagross-back today instead of wading through the swarm herself.]

Does anyone know if this is normal for this species? The Pokédex says they can be unsteady, but they all seem so-

[Drunk. High. Suffering from inner-ear complications.]

Unstable. Like a lot.

[The camera focuses for a second on a pair of Spinda stumbling into and over one another in a strange almost-dance.]

...They're not going to hurt themselves, are they?

If it's listed as normal in the Pokédex then it has to be ok?
