[Orion is still new enough to all of this to be trying to wrap his head around the concept of winding up part of some criminal gang. It was a far cry from the previous role he'd been planted in, which lined up more appropriately with saving people. If he'd had to learn anything from a young age though, it was to adapt - and while Team Rocket might not appreciate Orion's hobbies that isn't going to stop him from doing something to take his mind off of this whole mess.
So he's sitting casually under a tree with his sketch book rested on his lap, trying to capture Pokemon in the manner he knows best. By drawing them. He might not be paying too much attention to his surroundings as he (totally responsibly) eats a sandwich while sketching idly.
That is until a certain little creature tries to get his attention in hopes of begging some of his food off of him.]

[He doesn't seem bothered in the least, in fact he's just going to smile at her. Although it might take him a moment to realize exactly what it is she's looking for. The wheels are already turning in regards to his role in this place, the expectation for him to steal Pokemon, and here's one just begging to be picked up if their trainer isn't paying attention. It wouldn't work if she was wild, he had to determine if she had a trainer, and of course hope that this time he could go through with it. He'd been lucky so far, but Orion knew better than to count on that persisting. Pokemon weren't just going to walk away with him often enough to fake his theft obligation.]
