I haven't heard of any fast traveling stations, 'cept the magnatrain here in Goldenrod, but I haven't used it myself, it makes me a little nervous honestly, and we're a long way from New Bark Town anyway. And there's the teleport things in the Pokémon Centers, they're new, but they'll only take you places you've already been which just seems weird to me.
