Walter gauged their reactions before speaking again. He pulled a book from his bag; one of the plain notebooks he kept and filled with observations and notes as he traveled the Pokemon world. Essentially his diary. "Wrath is a child...but he is a child like me. He was dead, and resurrected. But he is not our primary concern. Our primary concern is our survival. But, if we can hinder their operations...we can prevent them from chasing us effectively. And prevent others from suffering."

It was clear he was thinking of the Pokemon rather than any people. He flipped the journal open and pushed it into the centre of the table, showing the pages to them. There was a list of the towns in Kanto and Johto that Walter had visited, with 'pros' and 'cons'. He had marked the ones that were home to Rocket bases and dorms. On the other page there was a list of names with numbers beside them and town names; their phone numbers and their location.

"We are not the first to leave Team Rocket. Others who are native to this world have also abandoned their cause. They are not hard to find. I have also been looking at locations. And if we are to have people and resources, we will need a location. Somewhere we can hold, should it be discovered."
