Under control for a long time. Now... not so much.

Still does. Much as it can. But it can only do so much.

When I had nightmares as a kid, I would talk to my mom or dad about it, and it made me feel better. Isn't that the usual sort of thing you'd do?

No parents here - haven't spoken with them in
a long time anyway.

But generally speaking... no. I don't know if that would do anything.
