[Wrath had gone back to fishing in the water with one arm, and is unprepared to escape being snatched up. He lets out a delighted shriek and attempts to splash Joker as he's swung around. But mostly just winds up splashing anyone unlucky enough to be nearby.]

[FORTUNATELY, there's a whole lot of splashing going on from the Goldeen anyway. So it's not as disruptive as it... could be.]
