Mostly, yes. There are a few pokemon that don't evolve at all, but more often than not, pokemon seem to have at least one evolution.

That might change in time. I had a pokemon like this before. [He's starting to look more serious. Grave even.] She was very traumatized and people shy when I got her. Which made sense considering what she went through. At first, she didn't even want to stay around me, let alone follow my orders in battle. It took a lot of time and effort, but she changed. Now she doesn't mind battling, though she isn't crazy for it like some of my other pokemon are.
