Well, first of all, you gotta figure out a trap design that can handle something that large and- probably- heavy. I'd recommend any variation of the Hercules gambit, but really, any trap that'll knock it off balance and off its feet, preferably using its own size against it, is your best bet- you can even use certain Pokemon moves, like Grass Knot and Low Kick. Uh- unless it can actually use those wings to fly. Then there's a problem. Might want to use something that'll incapacitate the wings first- a net, a freezing compound, whatever you got.
Anyway, once you've got it off balance, it's just a matter of getting it to fall over into the next stage of the trap- maybe into a pit, or have it get entangled in a web or net. Personally, I prefer to have them trip over a bunch of small objects, like marbles, and stumble forward while they try to get their footing back and eventually fall into the next stage, but you can do it however you'd like.
