Faba

For this fight, Venkman's got 4 Pokemon with clear type advantages against Faba's Pokemon and/or powerful moves that are super-effective against each of Pokemon; and then his two birds, who can only do neutral damage to everything. The type advantages are basically as follows:

Golisopod -> Claydol, Bruxish, Alakazam, Hypno (Strong Bug/Water type with powerful Bug, Water, and Dark moves)
Mimikyu -> Claydol, Bruxish, Alolan Raichu, Alakazam, Hypno, Flygon (Ghost/Fairy with powerful Ghost, Fairy, and Dark moves)
Alolan Persian -> Claydol, Bruxish, Alolan Raichu, Alakazam, Hypno (Dark type with powerful Dark moves)
Beheeyem -> Claydol, Bruxish, Alolan Raichu, Alakazam, Hypno (Psychic type with powerful Dark and Bug moves)

Flygon is the only one that might be a problem, but Mimikyu can still curb-stomp it with a boosted Play Rough or two; and Beheeyem has Hidden Power Fairy in a pinch. Golisopod's Emergency Exit might trigger, but that's fine with all that immediately available backup. His Beheeyem has Recover if things get difficult for her, as well as Guard Split, Power Split, Protect, Heal Block, Wonder Room... And Simple Beam just in case the Alakazam happens to have Synchronize.

And again, as mentioned everywhere else, Venkman has plenty of setup moves, and his two favorites, Toxic and Attract, all of which he'll be using constantly. Should the battle fall to his two standbys, Dodrio and Talonflame, they've both got Swords Dance, Double Team, Agility, etc, to keep the tides in their favor; and Roost for good measure.
