Cecil's questions get a pause as they all (except for Will, whose head is still on the table) look at each other. Then Lance says that barring all else, the most important priority is to try and send the invader back where it came from so that it can't do any more damage in this world. The rest of it-- getting light back and healing those who have been black-and-white'd (including themselves and their Pokemon) are less important than trying to make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else.

As for his second question, given the invader's power, even pushing it back into the wormhole is quite a bit of a long shot-- they think that it will honestly take everything the Aurora League's got to even do that.
