The castle is nice, but really... I think something like this is much nicer.
[Natural beauty that is. Sure, there were many items in the castle that were quite dazzling to look at. But after that first stunning impression, parts of Armin's mind just couldn't help but wonder at the decadence of these items, at how many of them were made with money that could've been spent better elsewhere. If it was really necessary for anyone to have a bed and mattress like this when something more simple worked just as well.
