[Armin has a few pokemon on him that could carry her back down, but also, he'd absolutely try and carry her himself. Not that he'd be anywhere as effective at it as, say, Krieg, but he'd try. A piggy-back ride, at the very least. He can have stupid amounts of stubborn when it comes down to it.
