I'm not really sure if they do. Lilith's never mentioned other universes. She's got Phasewalk. She becomes invisible, invulnerable and faster when she uses it. She's also been able to use it to teleport people and uh...a floating city that one time.

Phaseshift, I know less about. Mostly because that's...what Angel had and we- well we thought she was an A.I for a really long time. But it involved controlling technology. She could unlock doors and hack into electronics.
