Man,
that's a name. Then again, I'm the idiot who named my starter Pokemon Slacker.
[God, he regrets that, but now he won't answer to anything else.]
But rule of thumb: generally all water types can learn ice moves. They're better defensively, too, so there's an added perk for you.
