[Birthdays are important to some people. Especially when you've shared every single birthday with one other person for as long as you both can remember. That's why Soos has spent approximately all his remaining Pokédollars on a slightly-temporally-questionable party for Dipper and Mabel.]

[Set up on the beaches of Cherrygrove are a few cheap tables of food - sheet pizza and chips and trays of that salad nobody really likes, and Pecha Pit Cola, and later in the day, of course, a cake. More notable is the rented PokéPetting Zoo, featuring a large pen of rideable Skiddo, with smaller pens of Buneary, Tepig, Swinub, a few Seel, one Snorlax pulling double duty as a trampoline bean-bag chair, and, perhaps regrettably, a small swarm of Drifloon.]

[There haven't been invitations or anything, but the beach is hardly a private area, and the more the merrier, right?]

[He does the same.... and they're off!

He manages the first can no problem. Second can is halfway good but he has to come up for air before finishing it.

Third can is a disaster... his little body can't take it and soda squirts out of his nose. IT'S PAINFUL.]

[As soon as Mabel started drinking her second can, she was having some difficulties. However, there was no way that she was going to let Dipper win! Trying her best to suffer through the pain, she could see that her brother was struggling with her.

But will she be able to win this? When she saw Dipper shooting out some soda out of his nose though?]

Well, look what we have here! Is this the smell of victory in the air because I think we have ourselves a winner!

[Nevermind that she too was starting to shoot soda out of her nose as well]

[Dipper sputters, trying to stop the burning sensation in his nose. Oooooow!]

N-No way! We tied! Neither of us finished the third can!

What's that? I think that's the sound of victory!

[She said with a huge smile and started to give a cheer!]

Victory, victory, victory...!!

[.... So that's how she wants to play it. Dipper grabs a can and shakes it where Mabel can't see it before handing it to her.]

Then how about another to wash down your victory!

You bet! I'll show you how the alpha twin does it!

[But alas, she has yet to see what Dipper has in store for her! So the moment that she opened the can? There was a rush of soda sprouting out of the can and right into her face!]

W-Whoa....! [Hope you like a soda soaked sister, Dipper, because she was not amused indeed!]

[Dipper is just going to laugh at you now. That was great! Never trust your little brother with a soda can when a challenge is involved!

This is what you get for claiming victory, Mabel.]

I can't believe you fell for that!

[As she continued to spit out all the soda, Mabel had something up her sleeve all right! Sure, she was sticky and gross but with an evil smirk on her face? She knew exactly what she was doing!]

You're going to pay for that!

[With that, she immediately grabbed his hat and started messing around with his hair!] Guess who's going to be extra sticky and gross with me?

[Oh no, Dipper should be running now, shouldn't he.

NOPE. NOT FAST ENOUGH! Ew ew ew all that stickiness eeeeeeew]

Mable! Stop! I'm sorry!

What's this I hear? Think you can speak a little bit louder?

[And if we look to our left, we see Mabel being a brat right now!]

STOP! I SAID I WAS SORRY!

[He's going to be sticky for weeks]

I can't hear you! What was that you said...?

[Mabel, what are you doing?]

STOP! PLEASE!

[Dipper is going to try and push you away now.]

[After a giggle or two, that's when Mabel finally let go!]

All right, all right! I think somebody's sticky enough! But how does it feel now that I got some revenge?

It sure does stick with you! [Mabel no!]

[Oh he feels grosser than usual all over.]
