Yeah, he's not sure he believes that promise, either-- not that he thinks she doesn't mean it, just he's not sure she's capable. (Also, pretty sure she meant to thumbs up with her hair. Aw.) So he exchanges that look with Leslie, and says, "Just don't wander too far. We can probably find you again." At the very least, he's sure she won't be quiet, no matter where she goes.
