There was a time where it was rough. Then there was a time where things were maybe not peaceful, but villains didn't have the run of things. That's been changing as of late.
Right before I got here, we were assigned to evacuate an entire city just in case the pros didn't get to this asshole in time. If they can't put him down then we'll probably be in serious trouble with that guy's power.
