[I believe the Santa-dressed rocket who stands (quite dramatically) at around 6'5 and is accompanied by two disembodied snowperson heads will be helping not the child. Instead, as he grandly gestures towards the scene, those two heads propel forward. One fires a net at the fleeing grunt, the other at Chip.
For the poor grunt, he gets captured and hoisted up into the air, thus carried off to safety, though his dignity is hardly unscathed. Should Chip be unable to dodge the net aimed at them, they will find themselves in a similarly precarious situation. Yet in contrast, they're not carried off to safety, but likewise their dignity will not be spared, either.
Regardless of the success, Tall-and-Slender-Santa crosses his arms over his chest as he stares on at the kid, the grunt that was just carried away moments ago standing at his side...somehow. As he speaks, his voice is deep and has a theatrical edge to it.]
