His tone is far more light than it was previously, but as he stands, his expression shifts to something a bit more serious.
"Nevertheless!" He states with clear conviction, holding up his index finger, the others held into a light curl that emphasizes the more effeminate way he holds himself. "At the very least we should observe the true extent of the damage, and we are in scant supply of the proper equipment to do so."
