[The video comes on to Scorpia holding a cute yellow Stufful in her arms. In the background are four normal colored Bewears, and a bed piled high with Pokemon eggs. In fact the floor around the bed is piled high too. Scorpia is so happy she's almost glowing.]

Yesterday was really wild, huh? Those Snorunts were super cute! I made a new friend and somebody wants to make dresses for me! I can't wait to see them; they're going to be so adorable I just know it--

[Scorpia blushes a little and hugs the Stufful closer, getting hugged in return.]

Funshine here gives great hugs already! And I guess my Bewears got all excited about the new baby, because they had eggs! I was going to post about them yesterday but I got a little distracted. Anyway, they'll hatch into Stufful like this, but probably pink, and they'll evolve into Bewear, the Hugging Pokemon! Bewear have the strongest arms, so they give the best hugs! Right guys?

[And that's when Scorpia gets hugged by not one, not two, not even three, but four full grown Bewears. She hugs them back, laughing with delight! And somehow manages to twirl around, lifting the Bewears off the ground for a full second. There's a Stufful version of a "wheeeee!!!" from the center of the epic bear hug too.]

So, uh, does anybody want an egg? Stufful are Fighting types, and so's little Lonnie here! And then my Miltank, Gogoat and Ribombee all decided to have eggs too, so I have so many right now!

[The camera briefly shifts to show a Hawlucha, who waves briefly, and then pans to said Miltank, Gogoat and Ribombee, each proudly showing off their own pile of eggs.]

You don't have to give me anything in return, especially all my friends! I just want them to go to good homes, you know?

((OOC: so that's 8 way overpowered Stufful, 1 Cutiefly, 2 Skiddo, 4 Hawlucha, 1 Miltank, and then 1 Swirlix and 1 Phanpy that Scorpia isn't ICly aware of currently up for grabs. I'll try to keep the lists updated as they get claimed!))

Are you certain? That is a great many eggs, and I would not want to take too many.

[Scorpia grins.] You are a good guy, so your friends are good people too!

Also I can't take care of all these eggs myself. I want to, but there's just so many!

[That... draws a slight smile to Dimitri's face as well.]

And for your Bewears, and all the others, to lay so many eggs... That means they must feel comfortable and happy around you, so you are also a good person, Scorpia.

...Although I agree that this is perhaps a bit much for one person to handle. But, give me a moment - this is quite a bit of thinking I must do, then.

[It takes maybe more than a few minutes as Dimitri recalls what Pokemon all his companions have, and tries to think carefully, strategically, on what would help them the most... And that's when he finally comes back, still holding a pencil in one hand. A pencil that kind of - taps the screen a bit when he turns the Gear back on, but, hey]

Then, if it is not too much trouble... A Hawlucha egg, for my dear friend Felix... I am afraid he is not one for pink and sweet things. A Skiddo egg, for Chip.... And one of those Stufful eggs, for Sylvain.

[There's that smile again.]

I promised him... that he would get regular hugs, every day. But in case we have to be away from one another... Perhaps a Stufful, one day a Bewear, could take my place there.

[Oh she likes that smile. That's a very best of friends and maybe more smile!]

Hawlucha, Skiddo, and Stufful for your friends, got it! What about for you? Or should it be a surprise?

I think... a surprise.

[Dimitri nods. Yes, he's certain about that.]

Whatever Pokemon you think would suit me, I suppose. I know I should think strategically, but I am rather bad at it, when it comes to myself...

I will come up with just the right one for you! And then I'll have little Lonnie fly them over. Where are you?

We are actually on the road leaving the forest and heading into Goldenrod. We should be there in a day or two... I can tell you of the hotel we choose to stay at, once we arrive there.

[Such a big city, Dimitri has no doubt they'll be spoiled for choice when it comes to where they'll stay... so he'll have to check on that.]

Okay! I'll hold onto the eggs and keep them nice and warm for you! Then when you get here maybe I can meet your friends in person! I'm guessing you found them, right?

Oh - yes, I did.

[Relief sweeps over him, drawing down his shoulders.]

Chip is safe... They have been pursuing the gym challenge. I believe you will rather like Grant... He is a good man.

Our other traveling companions are a bit... much, but perhaps you will like them as well. Either way, I am certain they would all be glad to meet you.

[Sylvain's flirtiness, Felix's Felixness, Claude being nosy...]

[Scorpia laughs.] How much do they like hugs? 'cause I'm a big hugger!

Anyway, I can't wait to meet them all! So what gym is Chip trying for?

Well, Chip is eleven... You know how they can be at that age. But I am sure Grant would not mind, nor Claude.

...Felix is a bit more like a cat, however. Perhaps it is best to shake his hand.

[Gotta approach cats slowly, after all. Ply them with food, or, you know, swords.]

They've actually managed to succeed quite well with having recently taken out the Azalea Gym! So I hope they will continue to succeed for Goldenrod's, which is what we are aiming for next. Still, they do tend to just rush in...

[Again: eleven]

Uh, maybe? I mean, when me and my age cohort were all eleven we were learning how to fire guns, battlefield strategy, and dreading training sims, 'cause they get way, way harder once you turn ten. And if you don't do well, you might get your rations cut, or worse, kicked out with nothing to survive on your own.

[And maybe because she's rambling a little, she misinterprets the bit about Felix a little.]

A kitty! Oh, did he have ears, claws and a tail in his world too? I get it though! Catra's real prickly about hugs even now. I'll be careful, I promise!

[After that outburst she calms again, and nods.]

Oh yeah, I'm just about ready to take her on myself. She's tricky! Her gym is supposed to be a normal one, but her first Pokemon is half psychic and her second Pokemon is all fairy! Luckily my Emily is a Poison Bug and should have no problem with the Clefable. And she knows some Dark attacks so she should be able to take care of the Girafarig too. Miltank is super tough, but I hope the Huggles are strong enough, and if not, I've got Millie to go Miltank against Miltank!

[...Okay, so, concern]

[so much concern that Dimitri doesn't know where to start, and so kind of gets rushed over with cat talk, and then Whitney talk, and - okay hold on, he's just gonna, choose, right now, and maybe come back to that other stuff later???]

Ah - oh, that is good to know. I will have to pay close attention when Chip goes to challenge her...

I heard that Normal was supposed to be a rather... "jack of all trades" type of affinity, but it seems like her Miltank has more to it than that.

Mm, yeah! Normal's only weakness is Fighting, but Miltank has some attacks that do extra damage to Fighting types. And Rollout, which keeps getting stronger and stronger as long as it keeps hitting. I'm pretty sure that taking the extra damage attacks would be better for my Bewears than Rollout, but I'm not great at math. It's just my gut feeling.

Gut feelings are not things which should be so easily dismissed. Personally, I've found that they are bits of our experience that pick up on things we do not consciously do so.

If your gut feeling says that your Bewears would do better with extra damage, then I would believe it.

And they can tag-team Miltank, so they'll get breaks for potions and things. Miltank is gonna go down!

[Scorpia pumps her fist.]

I have complete confidence in you and your team.

Will you be immediately traveling to go after the next badge, or are you taking a more leisurely pace?

More leisurely, I think? I mean, since I work at Fight Club, I can't take long trips, you know? So right now I'm going to do the Gyms I've got the warps for, so here and Violet, Azalea and Ecruteak. And Mahogany, but I know my friends aren't high enough level for that one yet. After that, depends on vacation time and things.

I guess sometimes there's parties or events in particular cities and ways to get there quicker! So I might get warps to new places soon!

Of course. Things are very different when one has a steady income and responsibilities...

Perhaps if we did not have a very excitable child on our hands, we would also go slower. [A small twitch of a smile.] Although I doubt it, with how competitive Felix is.

Hopefully you get access to more warp pads soon. They really are incredibly useful.

Oh yeah, I get the competitive thing! If things had been a little different, I think I probably would've done the whole on the road bit! But the job opened up and it's great to have more cash for TMs and things!

I can definitely understand that... That is one of the reasons we end up staying in each of the towns for so long. We do need the money...

[Also they keep adopting new children or drawing more people into the group from his own homeland, but - listen don't worry about it.]

However, it seems as though it might be easier for some of our group... Felix has a new TM for something called "Payday" that seems to have become quite useful.

Oh yeah, little Kyle has Payday! I have no idea how it works, but extra money after battles is great! Meowth and a few other kitty Pokemon can learn it, so if you see one, you should catch it!

I think some of them you have to have the TM for. But Meowth learn it all on their own.

So I have heard. I would feel rather bad if I took on a companion just for money, however.

If it ends up happening in my case, then it does, and I will not worry about it too much. This is a land where it is relatively easy to make money, so long as one is not in a rush.

Well, I guess if you don't like cats... but cats are so adorable! I wouldn't mind having more cat Pokemon at all!

[Scorpia laughs.]

But I guess you're right about that. I've kinda got more than I know what to do with.

Oh, my friend Felix likes cats as well... I believe that at least half his roster consists of felines.

[Felix Fraldarius has truly found his people. Dimitri chuckles as well.]

There is still a lot of this land that I have yet to see... And I am rather happy with many of my companions. Even though I am challenging the gyms, I see no need to rush and fill up my team.

We will win regardless, or else what is the point?
