Frankly, Dimitri probably should be better at remembering things like sunscreen. Unfortunately, sometimes he just gets too tired, or excited, and things slip through the cracks. That's sometimes what happens with trauma: it just says 'fuck off' to the concept of daily memory in favor of using up all that storage space for things that don't matter as much.
