That's not important. Or, well, it is important, but can go after Dimitri's excitement about grocery stores, and he smiles at Shrike's tone. It sounds incredible, if one hasn't seen it in action, he knows, and the full impact doesn't quite hit during summer. After all, summer is filled with fruits and vegetables that come into season - apricots, basil, all sorts of things.

"I believe the refrigerators and other ways to control temperature no doubt help in some ways. Still, there are other ways that they grow them so that they do well, like in greenhouses, I imagine! Have you ever gotten a chance to visit one of those before?"
