Yeah, I don't think you can label having an entire police force and nursing staff made up of... clones or something a quirk. The weird constant background music is a quirk. This is I mean, I don't know what this is just yet, but it's not a quirk. Like, has nobody even tried looking into this? Did everybody just look at the all the completely identical police officers in this world which, if I can remind you, is not supposed to have any magic, and just went 'no, this totally tracks'?
