[Frightening is relative, honestly, and Jane isn't scared of any of her Pokemon. She pats Dinah on the head and whispers for her to move a bit, and she does, so Jane can reach for her Pokeballs.

The first to come out is a Kricketune, who looks around a bit before Jane pats him on the shoulder and points to the 'gear.] This is Poirot - Poirot, this is Angel, say hello.

Tune! [He waves one of his funny little arms. Next, another Pokemon comes out - a Seaking, which sits on Jane's lap for lack of water to rest in. Thankfully she's not flopping around looking for water, so she's fine for a bit.]

This is Marnie. Don't worry, it's okay for her to be out of water for a little bit to say hello.

Seaking, sea! [A fin waves hello! Next is a Braixen, its purple fur glimmering. He pouts a little to see Marnie in Jane's lap, so he climbs up onto the bed to sit next to her.]

Here's August - oh, ah, he's a bit of a cuddler. And last, but certainly not least...

[Out of the last Pokeball pops a Golbat, which is...very large, actually? A really large freaking bat that decides it's going to perch on Jane's head - ]

[Crap that was a bad idea. Jane and her whole team pitch forward, the 'gear skittering out of Jane's hands and onto the floor to display her faceplant into the carpet, her Pokemon in varying states of distress and amusement. At least they can laugh this off.]
