... and then the Pokegear falls out, revealing the sky. Finally, a young Colombian girl's face comes into view, but she doesn't seem to notice to Pokegear. She's bent over and out of breath.]

First, I wake up in a strange house with a woman who's NOT MY MOTHER. THEN THERE'S GIANT BIRDS-! UGHHH WHAT IS THIS PLACE?!

Yeah, that's me! [She doesn't act surprise at the recognition of her last name. A lot of people knew who the Madrigals were...?] And um... I'm not? I haven't even been outside the Encanto before.

Well, to start... this place is separate from your Encanto in terms of time and place. For whatever reason, people from different realities have been brought here over the past several years, presumably by this world's god Arceus. And whenever we're returned, it's to the same time and place we were retrieved, often with no memory of this place.

Often multiple people from the same reality are brought here, albeit not always from the same point in time. In your case... do you anyone by the name of Luisa?

[She, on the other hand, has no idea how common the Madrigal surname is in Spanish.]

[ Luisa hops on behind Mirabel so that she's in back just in case something comes up from behind them. Then Fraldariend takes off down the rest of the route, and in a couple of hours they arrive back in Cherrygrove City where Luisa had been before. ]

She is. Never does she seem to question our appearance. Still, she always manages to have a meal and a bag ready for anyone who appears in her home.
