[Since his arrival, Aymeric has made a point of mostly avoiding text-based communication. Aside from a brief moment in which he had been entirely unable to compose himself, he hasn't felt any need to attempt to navigate the strange new device. It's far easier to figure out the camera and talk into that, after all.

So maybe the post that appears is odd enough for that reason. But there's also the fact that the text itself is... Well, it's hardly becoming of the well-spoken, and well-mannered Lord Commander.]

Hail and well met, my dudes.
I have a confession for the masses collected on this Intertwined Web. I have spent the bulk of my last few days composing a collection of poems. Though the concept of confessing any ounce of feeling goes starkly against my moral code, I have deemed it inappropriate to continue to subject my buds to my unending pining.

And so I give you the product of many hours of work.

Oh baby my heart beats like a drum
Every time I touch your bum
I know my way with words is slick
Do you wanna come and touch mylksjdflksdlfkk -

[The key smash actually goes on for some time, before being interrupted by a series of what appears to be accidentally recorded audio clips. The noise can only be described as chaos as a man's voice, likely Aymeric's, attempts to command his Pokemon to do... something. The final piece of audio is at least relatively clear -- ]

Lucille, please. You may -- in the coming days-- assist me in this -

[This clip ends with a rather shrill screech, before it comes to an abrupt end. With it, the spammed messages also draws to a close, leaving Aymeric's feed almost unnervingly quiet considering the noise he'd only just kicked up.]

[Oh. Huh, that's...hilarious, actually.]

That certainly is one way to make a confession, though might I suggest attaching a name? Little does such courage amount to aught at all if the receiver goes unaware of such heartfelt and moving poetry.

[Radley isn't crazy about the poetry, but he does snark at the opening greeting, as well as the idea that such a poem took hours to write! Somehow he isn't surprised at the key smash. The little fox has been caught, apparently!

He winces at the cacophony of sounds, and he does find the sudden silence to be rather eerie.]

... Hey, are you okay there, Buddy?

Oh, come now! There is naught to be ashamed of, writing poetry is a respectable and scholarly practice. Even I have written some from time to time.

Though, if you do write any at all, I should hope it is with skill a touch above what you have just shared.

[Radley will find it pretty hard to forget, but ...]

Oh good. Did you catch the Zorua?

... Well, I didn't mean "catch" like to keep it, but just catch so it won't cause any more trouble.

[Sometimes it's hard to remember some terms will bring up much different connotations in this world.]

Oh, that's okay. I should have phrased that better.

You'd better keep your doors locked, if you can.

[Uh?? So this might not be THE most concerning thing Grant has seen-slash-heard on the network, but it is definitely not... ideal.]

Everything okay over there?

[Ooooh. Oh, he sees.]

That's alright; I've seen worse from Pokemon getting hold of people's Gear.

...Assuming that's what that was. If not, my apologies.

[ Oh. Oh, no, poor Aymeric. The post is funny but she laughs in the privacy of her own camp, thankfully, before answering. By then, concern definitely outweighs amusement just because of how quiet it'd gone. ]

Hey, dude- You alright? Figure one of those foxes got to you, too, huh? [ A beat. ] Don't worry, I'm sure your actual poetry is way better.

[ She isn't sure what a 'Halone' is but judging from the tone, a deity? One he follows? Interesting.

But that's not the point.
]

You don't have to apologize for anything! Trust me, it's not like you asked these guys to do this. Foxes are tricky little creatures though so, y'know, sorry they pulled one over on you.

Many hours of work. Hah!

Sir that is both poorly composed and vulgar. Such a woefully simply rhyming scheme, never mind that the pacing is all off. Far too many syllables in that last line not to make it terribly clumsy even if it were a topic worth writing about.

Not that a poem is a poor way to ah... end one's pining but something so base would never catch the interest of your intended.

[He sounds as if he's barely able to hold in his laughter, which...honestly, is accurate. The fighting had been concerning, but after he'd appeared to get everything well in hand Estinien finds himself freed to laugh.]

And who is the lucky lady, Borel? She ought to be flattered to receive such a sonnet.

[Absolutely never.]

Oh, I don't know, I don't have eyes on you at all bells of the day, you might have found someone special during that time.

As for the content, surely there's some charm to be had in being direct about it.

[Don't listen to him about that, Aymeric, he has absolutely no idea what girls like.]
