I'll admit, I've given my Pokémon small doses of caffeinated drinks. [After frantically double checking whether it was safe to do so.] Still, I am not a medical professional, and I have no idea how to calculate the lethal dose of caffeine in a Pokémon. I know you won't like this... but I believe you should at the very least call the Pokémon Center to confirm that it's safe. or bring him there yourself.
[She's about to type that she doesn't know anyone else off the top of her head who knows about Pokémon physiology, but... Jane is a League Champion and Gym Leader. And she has an affinity for the culinary arts.]
Jane would be your best bet then, if she hasn't responded already. (There is a chance she might say the same thing, however.)
