Three gifts from Dimitri. Dedue accepts the first ones graciously, and he can easily tell simply by feel that they’re some kind of fabric. Two aprons, in fact, both quite cute in design, especially when they would be worn by a man like Dedue. He is charmed by the Pikachu design of the first, with its many useful pockets and entirely impractical hood with ears.

The Ditto-styled apron certainly is an interesting choice.

The wide, vacant smile is plastered right over the chest of the apron. It is either intended to be disarming or disconcerting, and he’s not sure entirely which.

“Thank you,” he says, holding the purple apron up to fully take in the design. “I will be sure to make good use of them both when I am next cooking and gardening.”

And perhaps he might give Felix a wide berth while wearing the latter. He was so jumpy about the bellsprout kigurumi that Byleth so thoughtfully procured for him.

“Is this all that you wished to give to me?”
