As they settle in for the ride home, Byleth considers for a moment.
"If you truly wish to please me, then it is not technique that you need worry about, but rather-" He pauses, and for a moment it seems like he's looking for the word, but it becomes apparent that he actually is embarrassed, as the word comes out much softer than he intended.
"Romance." He halts again, feeling actually sheepish. "I have had lovers before, in Fodlan. And I have done and tried all kinds of things, but something I have not much been treated to in the physical regard is-- well. Yes. Most think the Ashen Demon might like his encounters rough and carnal. While I do enjoy that sometimes, I have always wondered what it would be like to be approached with decorum and softness. With passion and adoration. I admit I was quite bereft of all of it before coming here and beginning to explore honest to goodness partnerships."
He's said a lot though, a lot for Byleth anyways. So he settles against Dimitri and enjoys the ride home. He isn't fussed by much, but admitting that he might like to be swept off his feet like a blushing noble in a romance serial is... perhaps a bit harrowing, even for him.
