Character name: Ulaz
Pokemon: Foudre the Mightyena and Irkut the Espurr
Move used: Skill Swap, Scratch, Scary Face, Psychic, Covet

The performance:
Ulaz was going to stand off to the side to narrate the story. There were some fake cardboard trees for the scenery.

"Back when the world was new, ours was a civilization that believed in the balance of nature. It was considered against that balance to kill animals except for food or for self-defense. However, there was one warrior by the name of Sorux-"

Out trotted Foudre the Mightyena wearing a costume that resembled a tunic and a short cloak. Around her neck was a collar made to look like a necklace. She had her head held high, like she was very proud of herself.

"-who wanted to prove that he was proud and brave warrior so he headed into the forest one day to find the biggest animal to kill so that he could show off his skills to the village. All day, he searched the woods-"

Foudre trotted around the stage, looking off stage behind Ulaz, behind the fake trees, out into the audience. Meanwhile, Irkut the Espurr was slowly entering from the other side of the stage, wearing a cape that made him look like an even fluffier and unkempt animal. But Irkut was clearly carrying flowers and settled in to play with them off to the side.

"By the end of the day, Sorux was getting frustrated that he was not able to find a large animal to fight."

Foudre sat down and grumbled loudly as though annoyed. When she did, Irkut perked up and came toddling closer with one of his flowers.

"The only thing that he found was a juvenile Dulcis. By now, Sorux was very annoyed and decided to take out his frustration on the Dulcis."

Foudre approached Irkut quickly, lunging in his direction. In retaliation, Irkut scratched towards Foudre with a squeak. There was a brief moment where Irkut's eyes went blue as he used Skill Swap to temporarily give Foudre scratch and take one of hers. Then Foudre lashed out as though she was attacking the Espurr.

"And Sorux succeeded in killing the Dulcis."

This comment cued Irkut to "die". However, being the ham that he was, Irkut decided to take way too long to "die", squeaking and wobbling, apparently trying to stop bleeding from an imaginary wound as he did. Ulaz and Foudre watched this for a moment before Foudre looked back at Ulaz.

"And the Dulcis died faster than that."

That was when Irkut finally took the hint and flopped down on the ground with another squeak.

"Sorux was so disappointed that all he had been able to kill was a juvenile Dulcis that he sulked home."

Cue Foudre crouching closer to ground, behaving as though she was put upon. Irkut took this time to carefully inch back off stage the way he had come. Shhh... don't pay attention to kitten scooting along the floor.

"He didn't even want to tell the others from his village about his kill as he would surely be laughed at for having nothing better to show them. So he returned his hut and decided to sleep it off, intent on trying again tomorrow."

Foudre flopped down on the stage and curled up as though she were going to sleep.

"But sometimes things don't go as planned..."

Cue the eerie music from off stage. Foudre lifted her head back up, looking in the direction that Irkut had gone before laying her head back down again. Her head shot up again as there was some rattling from that direction of the stage. Cautiously she stood and began to inch her way towards that side of the stage.

Then the Scary Face that had been borrowed from Foudre appeared, causing Foudre to jump back and crouch down, raising her hackles. Using Psychic, random objects began to float around the stage, including a bowl and a cup that had been backstage. Foudre watched as the objects floated passed her before looking back to see Irkut floating back into view. The Espurr squeaked at her, as though condemning what had happened before and then used Covet to steal the necklace that Foudre was wearing. Now holding it for himself, Irkut quite proudly put it on.

"Having broken the unspoken rules of nature, the spirit of the Dulcis had returned to haunt Sorux."

Irkut began to levitate around the stage as though he was a ghost, Foudre behaving as though she was afraid of him.

"No one else could see the Dulcis. No matter who Sorux told, no one believed him. Every night, he could get no sleep as it tormented him. Finally, driven mad by the spirit of the Dulcis, Sorux fled into the woods, never to be heard from again."

At this point, Foudre - who had been cowering on the stage, trying to move away from the floating Espurr - raced off stage behind Ulaz. Irkut then allowed himself to stop floating and sat down in the middle of the stage, fiddling with the necklace that he had "stolen" from Foudre. "Ghost kitten" wins this round.
