Between her and her dear partner, it's Rose who finds her way to the top of the tower first, after all of the contest costume stuff has been put away (even if no one is getting all of that glitter out for the next week at least). She doesn't announce her presence, just comes on over to sit in the window next to Sion and Dusk so she can get a good look too.
