All Dressed has been helping, which is good.
Echoes... isn't the most responsible Pokémon.
[Though in fairness he hasn't been given much chance. Since they figured out who the eggs belonged to Min-Gi's been keeping him away from All Dressed, which means he hasn't spent much time with the babies.]
