Satine seems a lot more regal compared to the other Mandalorians Min-Gi has met. Admittedly that's only two, but that still surprises him considering what Bo's told him about Mandalorians and bounty hunting.
Of course, he's only just learning now that the reason for her leadership skills are from leading Mandalore as a whole, not just a small group. If Satine had ruled during a more peaceful time it makes sense she might have a different demeanour to her sister.
"I'm sorry." Min's not sure if he's addressing it to Bo-Katan or Satine. Maybe he means both of them. It doesn't seem like their world (galaxy?) had treated either one of them well. "It's good you were finally able to reunite them."
That part is directed at Bo. From what she's told him about Mandalorians, that's a big achievement, and not something he'd known about her.
