Yes. I'm fairly certain I've matched things up right. My Pokémon just don't seem to have any compatibility despite everything saying that they should.

[This wasn't the first time her gear had come on accidentally, or anyone's for that matter, so Romelle wasn't surprised when someone responded to her musings.]

How long have you been trying to match them up for? Maybe they just need time to get to know each other before they... make eggs.

[Jotaro looks off camera and then he gestures for someone to come over. He leans down and picks up one of the Snorunts from the New Year swarm he caught.]

I suspect then that these guys have made you 'unlucky' in terms of eggs. I didn't know you could do that, Omikuji.

Oh... they can either be quite helpful, or quite troublesome. I've seen both ends of it. [She sighed.] I try to make them happy, but they can be so finicky as a group. I think perhaps some of them might have overindulged in some of the treats I had left out for them this year, and now I'm being punished in a way for letting them get themselves sick.

Yeah... Pokemon aren't people. I suppose they have a different way of thinking.

[As if to prove this, Omikuji the Snorunt takes the tiny notepad in Jotaro's inner jacket pocket and puts it entirely in his mouth. Jotaro gives him a look but the Snorunt chews happily, utterly oblivious.]

Hopefully your 'punishment' won't last very long.
