Louie knows he likely won't hold out evading Huey for too long, and certainly won't do much fighting back. The best is to evade while making his way towards an escape, until he can make a break for it... Even if Louie does feel gross about leaving his brother like this, in a way that mingles unpleasantly with his frustration.
And because he's still talking through this - of course, because that's what Louie does, and even if it won't help calm Huey down it helps him feel a little more in control - those tense feelings come out in his words as he moves to duck out of the way of the next move.
