this kwestion may seem obvius but i shold add that these frends and i were not vary good to each other

I did. There were lots of reasons my friends from long ago might be upset with me or very angry. I've changed, I know better now, but how could they know that?

Not for all of them. But I HAVE met a few of them here. And it turned out I wasn't the only one who'd changed and knows better.

Knowing better is a very big part of it. So is feeling badly about it.

And I think you do feel badly about it.

We can't change what we've done, but we can say we're sorry and do better. And I'm sure if you really mean it, your friends will understand and forgive you.
