Project Paradox event log

Summary: Wormholes have been appearing all over Kanto and Johto as a consequence of Silph Co's latest public meltdown mishap! Characters find themselves face to face with AUs of their own homeworlds. ((OOC details here-- Use this log for your wormhole toplevels!))

Evie's the only one with me. I wish I could get some of the others to come help too.

[He doesn't like battling, but it's clearly needed now. With such an immediate crisis, though, is there time to run to the Pokemon Center to get more?

Evie springs into action and fights to protect with all her might. "Eevee-vee!"]

I did also wish that I have my other Pokémon with me as well. It would be great to have some back up too in the event the ones I have with me get tired or get knocked out.

Tsa-Reena!!!

(One of the Robot Pokémon tries to lunge itself at Esmeralda but the Tsareena dodges the attack in a fast pace before she reciprocates back with a Trop Kick to the face.

Matcha meanwhile uses their powder to drain bits of energy from several of the attacking Pokémon while Cappy sets some more on fire with flame breath from his two heads. He also laughs at them as they try to get the fire off of them and not getting it out on time, all getting a Burn status effect.)

[crystalmaster]

Yeah, no kidding.

[Evie uses Swift a lot, and sometimes Pay Day. Radley smirks as the coins bonk the robots. He moves to pick them up when those battles are won.

The people are relieved as the robots are fought and are gradually beaten back. They profusely thank Radley and Isabella and their Pokemon.

"Vee!" says Evie, happily.]

Wow! They managed to get the robots knocked out in no time. That is pretty amazing, guys.

(The Pokémon are happy to hear the praise as the people thank them all for the help. Isabela gladly appreciates them as she gets to gather her Pokémon after they finished tackling the robot Pokémon.)

Oh why thanks. We’re just glad to be there to help.

[crystalmaster]

Yeah, all of you did great!

[Evie beams and warbles at the praise.

Radley also smiles and accepts thanks from the people. There's no doubt more battles to come, and others may not be as easy.]

Well now that these robot Pokémon are all knocked out, maybe we should go back to finding Luisa and her Pokémon and check if they need some help too. They could be nearby dealing with another set of robot Pokémon.

Rose, Roselia! Lia! Noi, Noi!

[crystalmaster]

Yeah, that's a good idea. They could be here somewhere.

[If they haven't been sent to another dimension.

He picks up Evie.]

Let's look around. I should probably get some more Pokemon at the Center too.

Sounds good to me as well. I should try looking around in this area first, Félix will try to help out too with his echolocation to find any sounds her Pokémon might make out in the open.

Noibat! Noibat, Bat, Bat!

[crystalmaster]

Great. We'll go get some more Pokemon and then probably check out the area around the Center.

["Eevee-vee!" says Evie, raising a paw.]

(Isabela nods in agreement as she proceeds to search for her sister and/or her Pokémon (if they are still around), hoping that there is a sign that she hasn’t been taken away by a wormhole. Félix flies up to the skies, trying to locate any sounds he can pinpoint to them as accurately as he could.

While the Noibat is flying around, the other Pokémon also begin searching too. Matcha pokes their head at almost any nook and cranny they might float into. Cappy tries to scout the trees and bushes and hopefully avoid setting them on fire. Carmen and Esmeralda check the streets and chat with other Pokémon if they have seen either Luisa or her team or both anywhere before the wormholes came in.)

[Radley goes to the Pokemon Center and gets five more Pokemon to help. Then he and his Pokemon hurry outside to deal with the problems near the Pokemon Center. They have to fight several battles with other robots before he catches sight of Isabela and hurries over.]

Any luck?

[senorita_perfecta]

No luck so far. Maybe she might have been in the other part of the town, somewhere a little far from here.

Noi, Noi. Noi…

(Félix tries to locate any sounds from Luisa or her team, hoping that he can track them down and let Isabela know that she is safe from the wormholes. One can hope for the best although it seems to be very possible that the worst possible scenario could be true.)

[crystalmaster]

Okay. You wanna try there now?

[He will still hope for the best.]

[senorita_perfecta]

Oh yes sure. We would definitely try searching in there as well.

[crystalmaster]

Okay. Let's go!

[His Pokemon scamper ahead with enthusiastic calls. More robots are defeated along the way.]

(Isabela searches high and low once again to find Luisa and her Pokémon as fast as she could. There is some hope in her that she might be safe from the wormholes or the robots but a tragic realization is starting to creep up on her that she might not take very kindly.

As she turns around to see if her younger sister is at the area, she becomes more desperate and worried with no sign of her or her Pokémon anywhere. Félix looks understandably distraught too when he couldn’t find any sound or noise resembling Luisa or her Pokémon’s voices nearby. Silence blankets over her as she soon comes to a much different realization than she had been fearing.)

Oh no… I don’t seem to find her anywhere. Maybe something else must have gotten her away from this mess before we could find her and her team. It’s not looking great at all. I, I, I… I just don’t know how to process this right now.

[crystalmaster]

[Radley frowns.]

You think she might have been sent home?

[That would be so hard on loved ones. It had been rough when Scotch went home after the weird weekend, although Radley had been happy to have him there at all. But it would be far worse to suddenly be torn from a loved one after a much longer time of having them there.]

[senorita_perfecta]

Maybe? That is entirely possible. Perhaps this world or probably Arceus decided that it was for the best that she got sent back home to avoid this mess altogether. But it still hurts to know that she is not here anymore.

Now I’m starting to fear about the well being of her Pokémon and where they could be at this time. Not to mention how they’ll be able to live without her being by their side.

[crystalmaster]

If she really got sent back home, it seems like at least some of her Pokemon would be with you somehow, maybe in your computer or something....

[Evie's ears droop at the thought of Luisa being gone. "Vee...."]

[senorita_perfecta]

You’re definitely right. They might still be inside the computer at the moment. I might need to check on the computer later tonight and see who’s still in there.

Hopefully they can get along well with my Pokémon as well considering me and Luisa have been living in the rental for some time before this whole mess happened and her disappearing from here.

[crystalmaster]

Yeah, you should. If there are any of hers, they're probably pretty sad and confused.

Have they been getting along okay?

[senorita_perfecta]

Oh yes, they are getting along very well for the most. They often play with each other quite often whenever we’re at the rental and they all enjoy each other’s company too.

[crystalmaster]

That's good. They'll probably have each other for company then.

[He's not quite sure how things work in the computer, if the Pokemon get to interact or whatnot.]

Yeah, I do look forward to seeing them bonding more often. Hopefully I can still be able to get access to at least a couple of them and hope for the best.

[crystalmaster]

I'm sure you'll be able to.

[He's not sure who else might even get some of Luisa's Pokemon. He hopes that if she's gone, the Pokemon went to Isabela instead of back into the wild or to that ranch. Although the ranch sounds nice, he's sure they would prefer staying with someone they already know and care about.

"Eevee-vee," Evie says, trying to be comforting even though she's sad thinking of Luisa being gone too.]
