I was thinking Glaceon, but I guess I'm gonna leave it up to him if he wants to evolve.
[ Not quite sure how to go about doing that, but it seems only right. Admittedly she still favors Glaceon so far, but she can't exactly say what might happen in terms of attitude adjustments; each pokemon is its own individual, though traits seem to be shared through species.

I mean there's a lot of late teens, early twenty types, but anything past twenty-five doesn't seem very common. I'm on the younger side when it comes to people I hang out and work with back home, but it's the opposite here. Your sister much younger than that or is she in the "teen camp"?
