Eleventh Sacrament: Eggs

[ The feed comes on and it's Walter again! This time he's at home, looking both uncomfortable and completely done with something. Around him are a large collection of his Pokemon; a Natu and Dartrix are perched by his head on the sofa-back, a Weavile is curled up on his lap and beside him on the sofa is a Mimikyu. A Phantump floats beside the Mimikyu and a Luxray is sat by his feet. None of them seem too concerned; the Dartrix in particular looks very prideful actually and the Phantump and Mimikyu are giggling to each other. He sighed deeply, sitting up straight. ]

Hello. My name is Walter Sullivan. I have been traveling recently and left my Pokemon at home, rather than putting them in the computer boxes. In my absence they...entertained themselves. And now I have several eggs to sell. The Pokemon around me are the parents. If you're interested, message me. I will be selling each egg for 500P and there are sixteen eggs for sale.

Yes, and I do. Her name is Bea. Her partner was Bob, the Phantump beside her.

[ A surprise...that's one word for it. ]

I've encountered a few Phantumps on the road.
They have a rather tragic origin story..

Could I possibly purchase one of their eggs?

They do. [ Unseen, he reached out and gently pet Bob. Would he have become one of these pokemon, back home? ]

I'm not sure how well my Banette would get along with a Phantump.

That depends purely on your Banette.

[ And interestingly, there's a picture included. It shows Bea happily letting a Doll, Walter's Banette, put some pins through her cloth Pikachu ears to make it look like she had pierced ears. And hovering nearby is Bob, watching the exchange curiously. ]

Oh I know. Fiend seems to be a rather textbook definition of a Banette and given what a Phantump is, supposedly..

[Getting caught and kept in a cage by Team Rocket probably didn't help.]

That picture is extremely adorable though.

Doll knows that Bob is not the child who lost her.

[ He wouldn't let her hurt Bob. But she didn't seem bothered by him much. She preferred Bea, but she didn't try to lash out at Bob either. ]

I think Fiend's aggression was boosted a bit by being caught by Team Rocket.

Maybe, with time, I could try training a Phantump with him.
