Is this normal behavior for him? Acting out like that?

Yes. I met him when he was sneaking up on my Audino. His behavior seemed playful at first but it was hard to discern. He had a habit of staring or hovering over you while you sleep.

[ Which was disturbing in itself. Ignis had just assumed it was how Ghost types were. ]

....Well he..is a ghost type but that still seems to be rather--ah--unique behavior.

I definitely wouldn't object to reports about his particular nature. He seems to be a rather unique Pumpkaboo after all.
