[The feed opens today to Ryner, sitting at his desk, rubbing his temples with his fingers as though nursing a headache. Not that this particular mage finding something bothersome like this is any surprise, mind you, but.]
...49 eggs.
[He turns the camera to show off a pile of eggs behind him. A Clefairy stands next to them, looking incredibly pleased.]
They do realize, right? I can't stop them from making eggs or anything, but they have to realize that it's a lot easier to deal with them when there are fewer, right? Something like a dozen would be a lot more reasonable.
But 49? Really?
[He gives a pointed glance at the Clefairy, who just chirps cheerfully. She asked so many to participate so that there'd be more variety, Dear Partner~
The world's most reluctant breeder, everyone.]
...Anyway, they're for sale. I'll attach a list, with the egg moves I figure they've probably got if the books are right. Rose wants more for the Absol eggs than the others, probably because of how many TMs Dusk and Jehra know, but you can probably convince her to give you a discount. I don't really care about the money, myself.
[[Reminder: ICly, no one knows that the Absol eggs have their hidden ability until they hatch. Also, there are still plenty of eggs available, and I will be drawing for the lucky shiny egg on Tuesday.]]

What have we talked about in regards to talking with our mouths full?
[Salazar huffs but quietly goes back to eating as Newt finally focuses on the 'gear, a small smile appearing.]
It seems things have gotten quite interesting for you since we last spoke, Ryner.
Interesting's one word for it. This isn't the first time they've done this, and I guess I should be grateful they don't do it more often. It's one of the bigger batches they've had, though.
[why are there so many eggs]
I thought my current predicament was a large one. I dare say you're companions have had nearly double what mine did.
[But, let's be honest, that's probably going to change in the future with how many Pokemon he's taking in.]
If it would be alright, I think an Absol would be a wonderful companion to have. And I have heard quite a bit about the various fossil Pokemon, so if it wouldn't be too much trouble to adopt the Archen egg as well, I would gladly take them.
I'm pretty sure this isn't the largest batch they've had... Definitely one of the larger ones, but.
I can definitely send you those, though. And yeah, Absols are great.
That's absolutely extraordinary. If they do ever produce a larger batch and you need help, I will gladly offer my services.
[Seriously. Let him come babysit and observe.]
I appreciate it, Ryner. Everything I've read about Absols has been rather fascinating. It's a shame so many seem wary of them..
maybe someday I'll see if I can figure out an algorithm to do a full calculation...]I might take you up on that next time. [because let's face it, he's resigned to there inevitably being a next time]
It really is a shame, yeah. Not really that surprising, when you consider how people are sometimes, but.
Oh good lord that would be terrifying and amazing.]Please do. [Let him look after all the small Pokemon/]
True. I ran into more creatures than I can count on both hands back home that faced similar persecution. It was a absolute shame.
take all the mothers, figure out a way to distribute the fathers optimally so that the maximum number of mothers have pairs... maybe this weekend if I'm bored for a few hours, I've already got a primitive database written, it's how I managed this batch in the first place :|a]That must've been interesting.

[After he was expelled, actually.]
--I decided to dedicate my life to studying them and protecting them. I have many that I travel with back home, most of which are endangered or on the brink of extinction due to human interference.
[and a little nostalgic - well, not the creatures part, but the studying part, and the traveling part]
I'd love to hear some stories some time, if you're willing to share.
