First Paper Crane [Video/Action]
[Hanna's had a pretty interesting day so far. He met a woman who said she was his mom, which as far as he's concerned, is really fucked up. He got the most precious pokemon friend ever, talked to a professor, and is now wandering route 29. It's in his wandering though, trying to fluff over the fact that he's here, he isn't being held up by gun point, and is instead living a childhood dream, that he realizes something.
Before he'd been so overwhelmed by everything that it hadn't registered, but now? He was just walking, everything was calm, and-] Oh my god this music is everywhere.
[He's talking to the screen because he's not going to complain to his Noibat who probably has way better hearing and thus suffering more than him by far.] What do they have around here? Speakers in the trees? I don't understand where it's coming from, but as far as music goes, it kind of sucks. Like I always imagined having my own life soundtrack, but i've endured only like, what? Three hours of this and it's already stuck in my head. Please tell me it changes every once in a while. Please.
Cause this is like some kind of torture.
Action
After the realization that no, this music doesn't stop, and complaining to everyone about it, Hanna has decided to take a break and open up that lunch his...mom packed. It's nice, obviously made with love and he's just going to stare at it for a little bit, taking it in before grabbing his fork and taking a bite.
He can't say he isn't disappointed when it doesn't taste like what his mom used to make, but there's that same quality of 'i made this for my son' that kind of gets him to chew slower, appreciate it more, and after each bite he kind of sighs and takes a deep breath. For all that he had been pushing aside, trying to keep up the hype of just being here? Well. "Mom's" lunch seems to take the cake over being moments away from being shot any day.
Amelia, who had been flying around looking for food of her own to eat, smart little thing that she was, flutters to a stop on a branch, big ears twitching and turns back towards her over enthusiastic trainer. Something's wrong, obviously, and she'll flutter back, landing right next to his lunch on his knee, squeaking up at him.
"Huh? Naw, it's all good, Amelia," He says, wiping his nose with is sleeve and pushing at his eyes with the heel of his palm, "just got something in my eye."

[Said with only the biggest smile ever.]
Sometimes when it gets really, really bad, I try to make up my own words, zura.
That'd be cool...I wonder if there are any that are close to like, rap? I bet I could rap a sick...something if I tried.
[No you can't Hanna, never sing, please.]
Why...why would you wrap a sick animal, zura...?
[He can only assume this sick "something" is an animal. Or, well, considering this place, it'd probably be a Pokemon.
...Actually, now that he thinks about it, he's a little worried about this guy's starter.]
An animal? Naw, rap is a kind of music. And the word I was looking for was sick beat, like. Sick is cool, not physically sick.
Though I guess if it were me it'd probably sound like I threw up the words anyways. I...probably don't have a future in music of any kind.
If you're gonna throw up anything, you should probably go see a doctor, zura.
[Komasan isn't sure how someone can throw up words, but he's sure it's just as unpleasant.]
Or maybe a librarian, zura...
Hanna snorts, covering his mouth to keep from full on laughing out loud and grins behind his hands.]
I...Where's the nearest library?
It's not gonna be in New Bark, zura... B-But it's three days until the next town, are you sure you're gonna be okay, zura?
I'm fine, I'm fine. Don't worry about me. No libraries needed.
[If he's ever sad he knows who he's calling.] By the way, what's your name kid? I'm Hanna.
...what did he just call him?]
My name is Komasan and I'm an adult, z-zura!!
[It's true, holding up that baby face is a much taller body. Not...that Hanna can see that, because the feed doesn't get that big. These video messages are going to be the death of him if this keeps up. Why doesn't anyone ever think he's an adult?! It couldn't possibly be the horrible naivety.]
...It's a pleasure to meet you, zura!
[Manners still matter.]
A-Are you sure you're okay? You look like you're gonna cry any second, zura...
[You know, like he is. Right now.]
[And he swears, the baby face didn't throw him off at all either. But Hanna's got both a baby face and a tiny body, so it's easier to mistake him for twelve probably.] I'm good, promise. I just- laughing too much. It makes you cry if you over do it. Happy tears.
But uh...while we're clearing some stuff up, wanna tell me why every sentence ends with Zura? I mean, I don't want to be rude, but I was just curious.
I-It's a countryside thing... That's just how we talk out there, zura...
[Although he probably does it more than necessary.]
It's just a way to say it's nice to meet you, zura.
So it's like a polite thing?
Have you ever been to the countryside before, zura? It's probably home to the nicest people you'll ever meet, zura.
[So it only makes sense that the nicest people ever would all end their sentences with a polite gesture, or at least that's what Komasan's trying to get at. Never mind that he has absolutely no idea what country living is like in America. Surely it must be the same.]
W-Well, that, and I really do think it's nice to meet everyone I talk to, zura.
I live in a pretty big city, but I can't say a majority of the people there are super nice, so I believe you.
[That and he's sure that Country folk don't have to worry about traffic or late buses.]
It's really great, huh, zura?
[Of course, he can't help but scratch his cheek a little when Hanna mentions the city.]
A-Ah, it's funny...me and my brother moved to the city before I got dragged off to this place, z-zura... And now I'm just living in another city over here... I rarely see the countryside anymore, I almost wonder if that makes me cityfolk now, zura...
But you'll have to travel at least a little bit, so you'll finally get to go camping again, zura! Heh...I'm actually kinda jealous, zura.
[He's curious though...they're all in this together, what's stopping him?] You know, being jealous is a little silly when we're all in this world together. You could go camping whenever you wanted to, I figure. What's stopping you?
I kinda got a house full of babies I need to take care of, z-zura.
[At least...he thinks they're babies. It's kind of hard to tell with Pokemon. It seems like the moment they hatch, they want to do everything already.]
Trust me, if I could move the house, I totally would, zura...
[Hanna's not sure he follows. He knew the guy said he wasn't a kid, but...] Uh, you and your girlfriend must be really happy! How many do you have?
