Maurice is holding the Poke'Gear aloft with one hand and in the crook of one arm is a wiggly black puppy. His Houndour finally hatched and she wants to see EVERYTHING. The little dark-type's tongue is lolling out as she pants and cranes her neck around to see the Wingull fluttering overhead.]

[It also bears mentioning that Maurice's shirt is just a little crispy in spots.]}

Especially you dudes that just showed up! Do you wanna know what's surreal? Watching a dog come out of an egg! This is Cinderella! Or Relly for short. I'd call her Cinder since she, y'know, breathes fire but I don't want Cyndi to get confused. ANYWAY, I got a proposition for you Breeders!

I can only afford two right now, but I wanna buy a couple of eggs! And don't tell me what's inside them! I want it to be a surprise!

_{[He starts to end the feed but remembers something important.]}

[It doesn't take him long to find her, because she is currently clicking in little circles around the hall, viciously shaking the torn-off head of a plush Teddiursa around like a wild animal and spreading stuffing everywhere.]

[But SHE IS INDEED SPARKLY AND COVERED IN FUR. WRATH WASN'T LYING.]

[He sighs fondly.]}

Oh, woah...she actually sparkles! I've never seen one that does that! You must go through a lot of toys. What kind of Pokemon is she?

_{[He says this as, after a lot of stomping, she's managed to pin down the plush's ear under one stubby paw so that she can shred more effectively.]}

She is a dee-noh, a bitelizard.

She doesn't see so good, but she's going to be so strong!

Maybe you could pull her hair up out of her eyes with a little bow--some people do that for their dogs.

[As though on cue, Mad bonks into the wall, shakes herself, and turns in another direction to continue her war dance.]}

Well she looks pretty happy. Who did you get her egg from?

It was just on my bed when I woke up one morning!

So when it turned into Mad, I was really surprised.
