Well, for one thing: no paved roads.

Except in the towns and cities, but they don't lead past that point. So unless your bike is literally an all-terrain vehicle, I doubt it'd be much use to you here.

You can get regular bikes and those do okay, but I don't think I ever see any motorcycles outside of what the big-city police ride sometimes. So, hence the 'could' part.
