It does happen sometimes

The best thing to do is take the person to a Pokemon Center

That way the nurses can keep an eye on them while they're out of it, or if it's NOT one of those comas and the person actually legit passed out or had a heart attack or something, they'll be able to find out and take care of it better than anybody else
