Hrm...

[The video starts with a shot of Komasan from behind as he stands in front of some sort of body of water, arms folded. He's joined by two of his Pokemon right now, Noko and Shiro, who also seem quite puzzled. Someone else must be recording.]

It's still too hot, zura...

[Komasan's little Dunsparce sits at the edge of the water, blowing on it occasionally in hopes that it'll cool. It...won't, of course, but damn it she's trying. I mean, it's more than what King Bumpkin and the amazing flying ice cream cone are doing.

That is, until Komasan gets an idea.]

M-Maybe it just needs more ice, like a drink, zura!

[Shiro puffs up proudly, ready to unleash an ice beam at his trainer's request, but instead finds the bottom of his cone grabbed as he's suddenly flung into the unbearable water like some sort of horrible boomerang. What follows next is a long, panicked screamed, followed by the sizzle of ice hitting warm water. You know the one.

Komasan can only sigh.]

I just don't get why that doesn't work, zura.

[...This has apparently happened at least more than once. The Vanillish floats to the surface, bobbing up and down, but not without losing all his precious snow.

The feed shakes as the startled cries from the Pokemon behind it drops the 'gear and rushes for the water, the video ending with a weirdly angled shot of Komasan's Ludicolo rushing to fish Shiro out of there.]

[Action]

[Komasan can still be found at the water's edge, trying to formulate his next plan that hopefully won't end in him chucking his Pokemon. Shiro's already recovered, regaining his usual trademark soft serve-shaped snow, but he can't help but look disgruntled about the whole situation. Absolutely no respect on this team, honestly.

Noko will continue to try and regulate the temperatures as best she can, but she's only one fat snake.]

[Don't worry, Shiro is more than aware that his torment is being ignored. As Komasan answers, the sentient cone can be seen slowly peeking from behind his trainer's shoulders, just giving the dirtiest look.]

Hm, yeah, it's pretty bad, zura. The Pokemon who live here are having a hard time...living here, it's not good, zura.

[By time Komasan answers, he and his few Pokemon are already sitting in a little circle by the water, his Ludicolo holding his Vanillish as he recovers. He got his snow back, so that's a plus!]

...Kappi's not hurt, her fur's real thick, zura.

[The outraged cries of a Vanillish can be heard in the background.]

[Josuke is... not really knowledgeable about Pokémon yet. Just that that one sure looks like ice, and probably has a Bad Time in hot water.]

[Komasan looks back and forth between the feed and his Pokemon, apparently delighted by this...misinformation.]

Monge... Kappi...you're an ice-type, zura?!

[Again, Shiro yells.]

A-Ah! [Oh wait, right, talking to someone. Komasan shakes himself out of his awe and waves this stranger's concerns off.] S-Sorry, I mean, we're all fine, zura. Shiro kinda lost his hair again, but it grew back, zura.

[Hair, snow. Same thing...?]

Just because he's fine now doesn't mean it didn't hurt at all. I mean, I've only been here a couple weeks so I don't know a lot about this whole Pokémon thing but that sure sounded like a lotta pain.

[Unfortunately, Chihiro had been elsewhere in the area, getting help from his Glaceon and Bergmite to try and cool it down. Of course, even with their powers combined, it doesn't seem to be quite enough...which means he's heading back to where Komasan stayed by a different pool to try and do the same. Working together would probably get this done faster, right?

...now he regrets ever taking his eyes off him in the first place.]

S-Shiro?! What happened?

[He comes rushing over to the water with his Pokemon running behind him, Henko and Hogosha out as well since they can take all of this heat better than any of the rest of his team could.]

[Shiro rests in Kappi's arms after she was able to fish him out, the Ludicolo giving Chihiro a worn look. This has been going on ever since he left.

Komasan turns around once he hears Chihiro's voice, actually looking concerned for once. Shiro's already building up his snow as he speaks, so at least he's conscious.]

Shiro's not strong enough to cool off the water by himself, zura...

[He won't mention his questionable methods.]

I'm really starting to wish I had Yarase with me, he had all sorts of monge ice moves we could be using, zura.

[Chihiro stops next to Kappi, carefully reaching a hand out so his fingers can trace the cone-part of the poor Pokemon's body.]

I wish I had more ice types to help out, too...do you think we need to ask for help?

[Shiro appreciates it, Chihiro. You are the only one who understands him.]

Asking for help wouldn't hurt, zura. But with so many roads blocked off, do you think people can make it here, zura?

I'm not sure...not unless they already had a flying type with them when they were at the moon, or they happened to have found themselves at a Pokemon Center.

[Tears stream down his face as he grabs his Vanillish, wrapping his arms around his Pokemon in a tight squeeze. Snow smushes against his clothes as the hug gets even tighter, and all Shiro can do is give a look that makes it painfully obvious this is just a normal day for them.]

I-I'm so sorry Shiro, z-zura!!

[Shiro's only response is a roll of the eyes.]

I didn't think you'd get hurt in the water, z-z-zuraa!!
