((OOC Note: I'll match whatever style I'm responded back in, y'all. ;3))

Ohh, what an exciting start to their tandem adventure it had been!! Mettaton was still adjusting a bit to life on the road, and it wasn't as glamorous when you had physical limitations and biological needs, but he still likes it.

Furthermore, as Frisk was adopting a pacifistic mentality when regarding Pokémon battles, it meant that Mettaton was getting all of the experience he needed for his new little friend--or friends, since he'd caught two new ones! The first had been an Espurr according to his PokéDex, and he had decided to call it "Frisky." No particular reason! Same for his Shellos, there was absolutely no sentimental value in calling it "Blooky."

At any rate, once he and Frisk had arrived, Mettaton had offered to do the shopping for their trip, which brought him to the city's store. He personally needed more pokéballs, and in general, they needed some more food and light snacks before heading out again.

Currently, he can be found browsing for some tasty foods while munching on a candy bar since despite the fact that he wasn't too hungry right now, he hadn't quite gotten over the sensation of taste.

His free hand reaches out to pick up a package of sealed fish. Hmm, he could probably make this work! After all, he ran a cooking show before, what was so different as long as you made sure it was edible~? Still...maybe he should have brought Frisk after all; they knew what they liked to eat. Maybe he'd send them a message unless they were bored and decided to pitch in with the shopping too.

Having been to the grocery with Mettaton earlier, Papyrus had more than enough ingredients for some fantastic reunion spaghetti, and boy, was he fired up to make it!

He set Herculanum, his Litleo to maintaining the cooking fire under a pot of water, for boiling noodles, and was busy washing and placing assorted vegetables into a bowl for saucing!
