Written in stars like graffiti, can't ignore it
Who: Matt Holt, the residents of Attack on Voltron House, and anyone else on the island, or near the observatory
Where: Attack on Voltron House, Sevii Islands Observatory, beach.
When: February, both morning and Night
Summary: Matt starts to get settled
Rating: G/PG (for Matt's sometimes-awful language)
Log:
At home
[It hasn't taken too long for Matt to settle in, finding a fairly simple routine of getting up, helping with house chores, and then finding some time for himself to take notes on pokemon he's seen, or train up his growing little brood.
He never minds having some company, however!]
Training Montage!
[One Spheal, one extra-scared Mimikyu one Alolan Vulpix, and a Wismur that Matt can't figure out a name for. They're currently attacking an extremely bored-looking Aggron. It might be a little cold. Come join the fun!]
Observatory exploration
[If there is one thing that Matt knows, it's space. And if there's one thing that Matt is pretty darn good at, it's knowing his way around a laboratory or observatory. He's wearing a Scientist class outfit, backpack hefted on his back with Kerberos rolling cheerfully beside him. Glancing around the building, he calls out to anyone who might be there.]
Hey! Um. Anyone around? I was just wondering if you needed staff? Or volunteers... or really, can I just use your telescope?
Nighttime at the Observatory
[You can take the boy out of space, but you can't take the space out of the boy. In front of the observatory, Matt has set up a series of telescopes, as well as a few tables with books he found in the observatory's library, and some star charts he drew while waiting for the sun to set.
Anyone and everyone is welcome to come look at the stars and planets with him. He's in full teacher mode, ready to eagerly explain some of the new things he's learned. Hint: There are so many awesome pokeconstellations!]

training
[None of these babies are a Voltorb. They're the pokemon of his trainer's friend. So of course, he'll be a good sport and let them launch attacks against him. At level 100, with Iron Defense, there's not much these guys can do that will really hurt him.]
[He hunkers down, encouraging them along with little growls. It's very cold. Very uncomfortably cold. But... it's for the good of the little ones! So he'll stay put.]
no subject
[Venus the Vulpix and Kerberos are testing out their moves, with Kerberos every so often pulling out a different move or two. From way in the back, a tiny Mimikyu is occasionally sending out a Wood Hammer or a Thunderbolt, then squeaking and running back behind Matt.]
[Matt himself can't help but beam at his tiny brood, encouraging everyone as much as he can. To his side is a small Wismur just watching the proceedings. Occasionally, it will throw out a move or two, but it seems happy just watching.]
no subject
[... okay so he knows Shiro isn't an old man either, but spend enough time in that guy's company and you pick up his lame jokes.]
[However, that Mismur is not going to go unnoticed. Maybe Kuro has enough to deal with, bracing himself against the cold and snow, but something smaller has its eyes set on the little guy. Something white wiggling through the beach grass.]
[Until Blue the Kirlia pops up. Batting a paw at the Wismur. Play! Come on!]
