I did it you guys! I finally did it!

[The video quickly falls upon a modest-looking cottage, or maybe a shack. It's not very big, but it looks very well kept. There's a porch with a swinging bench on it, and several wind-chimes hug on its eaves. If you look close enough, you might notice that one of the chimes is an actual Chimecho!]

I was able to get some full time work at a recording studio in Lavender Town, so the time was right to get my own place! It's not much, but there's more than enough room for me-- what's more important is this!

[Kazuki jogs around the house to its backyard. There's no fence, but that doesn't seem to be a problem, because there are no neighbors in sight either... But the results are amazing! There's quite a lawn, as well as wildflowers, berry bushes, and further out, a shoreline! A Vulpix and a Furret are gamboling around, a Cutiefly and Sensu Oricorio are checking out the flowers, and a Kricketune is snoozing under a nearby tree, which has a fluffy Altaria perching in its branches.]

I'm not really in Lavender Town. This is actually Route 12, which is just to the south, but this house was too perfect! Isn't this backyard the best? And we're right near the docks so Honky Tonk has a place to swim. I don't mind the commute to work if everyone has a nice place to stay outside of the PC!

And just between us... [He turns the camera around to selfie mode.] I'm so glad I'm done with camping out. This guy needs a shower and a real bed every day, you know? Now I don't have to couch-surf or pay for hotels to have that. I had to take out a loan for this beauty, but I can handle the payments!

Anyways, I'd love to have guests! If any of you guys are ever in the area, just let me know! There's an extra room and everything! But for now... I'm gonna play with these guys for awhile! Ciao!

Wow, it’s so nice! Both for you and your Pokemon. It’s great that you don’t have to camp out anymore, either. [Meanwhile, Yuuko’s still about two days away from Violet City.]

Thanks! I can't believe I found such a perfect place. It's small and it needs a few new coats of paint, but I can do it! I'm glad all the fam likes it as much as I do!

Oh, I’m fine. I’m still camping out right now, but at least I’m not too far from Violet City. [And she’d saved up for supplies beforehand.]

I have an Alolan Vulpix who hatched from an egg I bought—he’s been really helpful against Grass types—and I also caught a Bounsweet the day I left Cherrygrove. The poor thing was about to be eaten...

Vulpixes are really popular! Both kinds. And Bounsweet-- that's the little guy that looks like a mangosteen, right?

Aw man, that makes me all nostalgic for when I first set off with Tonks...

Yeah, and apparently bird Pokemon really like to eat Bounsweet as a snack...a Pidgey was chasing after her, but luckily Flip and I were able to drive it off before it ate her. [Though the Bounsweet didn’t put up much of a fight before she was caught, so Yuuko suspects that she wanted to go with her out of thanks.]

...I guess I’m treading ground that’s familiar to a lot of people, huh?

Honestly, looking at a Bounsweet makes me want to eat some sweet fruit too. [He laughs.] Yeah, I think everyone makes the trip from New Bark to Goldenrod before they really figure out what they want to be doing here.

I looked them up, and apparently you can make their sweat into fruit juice... [She isn’t really sure if she wants to try that or not.]

Well, there is something I’ve been thinking of doing while I’m here...but that would depend on whether or not there’s an ice rink somewhere.

I know! I mean, on the one hand, Bounsweet are basically like walking fruit, but on the other hand...it’s still sweat. [Though from what she’s seen online, it can taste good. She’s still not sure what to think.]

I was thinking I could give skating lessons to whoever wanted them. I work at the local skating rink back home, and I used to figure skate myself.

Oh, cool! I've only been ice skating a couple of times, but it was fun! And I fell all over the place. But you can figure skate? Like twirl and jump and all the cool stuff they do on tv?

Yes, I can, though I never made it past Nationals and I haven’t skated competitively for a couple of years. [At least, not since she found out she was going to have triplets.]

I can still teach what I know, though! I was thinking I could mainly just teach the basics, but if anyone wants to learn how to do jumps or spins I’d be up for teaching those too.

Wow! That's super awesome! I really like sports, but ice skating must be something else! Anyone can kick a ball around, but to be that good must take a lot of work!

It does take a lot of practice. I started skating when I was pretty young, and my friend Yuuri was able to get as good as he is because he spent so much time at the rink and the dance studio.

It’s still a lot of fun, though! [Way to sell it, Yuuko.] And skating can still be fun even if you don’t know how to do anything complicated.

Thanks Shiro! I've been all over now, but Route 12 really is the place for me. All my Pokemon love it too! They can finally roam around and act like they would if they were wild, you know? That's really important to me.

It's not in Lavender Town-- actually there's really nothing around for a couple of miles-- and it's really only big enough for me, so I think that factored in too. Is real estate more expensive on Sevii?

I can manage! The plumbing and electricity work fine, and I'm okay with just giving the old fixtures some elbow grease. The worst thing is that it kinda smells like fish everywhere. I think a fisherman used to live here. [It is right next to the docks where they all hang out!]

You guys have such a cool beach house, I bet it's way more expensive than this!

I got to meet all his Wailord and Wailmer the other day! It was great! Riding on a huge Pokemon like that was something I'll never forget!
